These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 47bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in relation to your use of the website located at https://47bd.bet and all associated services, gaming products, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account facilities made available thereon.

By accessing the 47bd platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. To access the full range of 47bd services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration is free and available to all eligible individuals.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP verification. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 47bd account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 47bd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Accurate Information: You must keep your account information up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment methods, or other registered information changes, you must update your account promptly.
• KYC Verification: 47bd may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 47bd payments team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Average processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is under 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, or to an account verified in the player's name. 47bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 47bd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Deposits made by credit card may not be eligible for withdrawal until additional verification is completed.
• 47bd does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts held in the name of any person other than the registered account holder.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, you are obliged to notify 47bd immediately. Any funds credited in error remain the property of 47bd and must be returned.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement before any withdrawal request involving bonus-derived funds will be approved.

By using the 47bd platform, you agree to uphold the following obligations at all times throughout your use of the service:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your account lifecycle. Deliberate misrepresentation of any personal detail is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You will use the 47bd platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You will not use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• You will keep your login credentials strictly confidential and will notify 47bd without delay if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh as they relate to your personal use of online gaming services.
• You will not use any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated process to interact with the 47bd platform in a manner not authorised by 47bd.
• You will not engage in any conduct that disrupts, impairs, or places an unreasonable load on 47bd's technical infrastructure.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and acknowledge that 47bd cannot guarantee any outcome. You will not hold 47bd responsible for any gambling losses incurred during legitimate play.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools provided by 47bd — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling habits require moderation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 47bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to influence the outcome of any game in a way that gives any party an unfair advantage.
• Cheating or Fraud: Using any technical exploit, software vulnerability, or fraudulent method to obtain funds, bonuses, or advantages not available to other players through the normal course of play.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.

47bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against 47bd by the player's payment provider.
• Player self-exclusion request submitted via the responsible gaming tools or through customer support.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to cease providing services to the player.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 47bd's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account or activate a self-exclusion period may do so by contacting the 47bd support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are typically processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request.

All content on the 47bd platform — including but not limited to the 47bd brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 47bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 47bd platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any 47bd content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or code used on the platform.
• Using the 47bd brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written permission from 47bd.

Any unauthorised use of 47bd intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 47bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 47bd platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Gambling losses incurred during legitimate play on any 47bd game or sports market.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 47bd's reasonable control.
• Errors in game results arising from software malfunctions, provided that 47bd takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such errors promptly.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or any banking institution.

47bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in relation to any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 47bd platform's operational jurisdiction.

Players accessing the 47bd platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable to them personally. 47bd makes no representation that its services are legal or available in all jurisdictions.

In the event of any dispute between a player and 47bd that cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

47bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 47bd will endeavour to provide notice via the platform's notification system or by email to the registered address on file.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page at https://47bd.bet/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated each time the Terms are revised. Your continued use of the 47bd platform after any revision is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected]. Balances held at the time of voluntary account closure following a Terms amendment will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided no outstanding breach or verification issue is present.
